Andy Holmes

Andy Holmes has extensive work experience in the banking sector. Andy began their career at HBOS in 2005 as a Senior Analyst in Collections & Recoveries. In 2008, Andy joined Lloyds Banking Group and held various senior manager roles in Credit Operations, Internal Recoveries Strategy, and Collections & Recoveries Strategy. Andy was also responsible for Customer Insight and Analytics. In 2016, Andy moved to TSB Bank, where they worked as a Manager in Decision Science Model Monitoring before being promoted to Manager of Risk Analytics. Currently, they serve as the Lead Data Engineer at TSB Bank.

Andy Holmes attended the University of Warwick from 2001 to 2004, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Finance. Following this, from 2004 to 2005, they pursued further education at the University of Warwick and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics.
