Kristi Laidlaw

Kristi Laidlaw is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Program Management Office Lead at The HEINEKEN Company since April 2024. Kristi has been with TSB Bank since July 2013, progressing through several key positions including Senior Project Manager, Senior CPM Manager, PMO Manager, Senior Delivery PMO Manager, and Senior Change Manager, with a focus on data migration, event management, release management, and third-party relationship management.
