Sharlyn Macaraig

Sharlyn Macaraig has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sharlyn currently works as a Researcher - Lead Generation at TSC.ai, where they contribute to creating platforms that bring the world together on important issues. Prior to this, they worked as a General Virtual Assistant for various freelance projects from 2015 to 2020.

Before their freelance work, Sharlyn was an Executive Virtual Assistant to the Senior Partner, Asia Pacific, at The Chapman Group, where they managed the Senior Partner's diary, screened telephone calls, and prepared meeting venues. Sharlyn also worked as a Center Manager at Vocus, where they managed a team of facilities personnel and handled correspondence, complaints, and queries.

In their earlier career, Sharlyn held roles such as a Quality Assurance Manager and a Quality Assurance Specialist at Vocus and Alorica respectively. In these positions, they handled payroll administration, employee records, and created lead allocation systems. Sharlyn also prepared reports, provided leadership and guidance, and addressed performance and motivational issues.

Furthermore, Sharlyn worked as an Office Manager/Assistant at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, where they designed filing systems, managed the office budget, and purchased office inventory. Sharlyn also worked as a Marketing Assistant, managing the prospect database and conducting marketing campaigns.

Lastly, Sharlyn began their career as a Receptionist at Roadshow International.

Sharlyn Macaraig began their education journey in 2018 at AMA University. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Information Systems.
