Thy Nguyen, also known as Naomi, is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Global Human Resources Specialist and Talent Acquisition Lead at TSC.ai since March 2023. With prior experience as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Monroe Consulting Group, Thy focused on technology and consumer goods, and also operated as a self-employed recruitment consultant specializing in executive placements across various sectors. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at The Deck Saigon, Human Resources Lead at Cơn Bão Số, and Human Resources Assistant at Park Hyatt Saigon.
