Elinor Smith's work experience is as follows: In 2013, they worked as a Laboratory Practical Demonstrator for Durham University, where they assisted academic staff during undergraduate and open day laboratory practical sessions. In 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant for CABI, where they were part of a team researching possibilities for the biological control of invasive weeds. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Plant Protection Consultant for TSG Consulting. Finally, since 2020, they have been an Advisory Consultant for Sagentia Innovation, providing scientific consultancy services and technology landscaping and in-depth analysis and advice.
