Leon Faynshteyn

Leon Faynshteyn has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Leon began their career in 1997 as a Senior System Analyst at AIG. In 1998, they moved to UPS as a Senior Project Lead. In 2002, they joined AIG Claims, Inc. as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst. Here, they managed all project aspects, generated $10M+ in annual cost savings, and redesigned a high-cost check printing process. In 2017, Leon moved to Crum & Forster as a Business Analyst. In this role, they developed data mappings, screens, and process flows for ISO Statistical Charts. Finally, Leon is currently working at TSR Consulting Services, Inc. as a Business System Analyst.

Leon Faynshteyn obtained a Master's degree in Automatic Systems Control from Moscow State Automobile and Road Technical Institute (State Technical University) (MADI). In March 2017, they also earned a certification in Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Institute\u2122.
