Nikki Bramwell

Nikki Bramwell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nikki began their career in 2010 as a Project Coordinator at TeamHealth and then moved on to become a South Florida Launch Leader & Project Manager at Greenhouse Church. In 2014, Nikki joined Peoples Insurance Services as a Project Manager before transitioning to a Marketing Project Manager & Consultant role at Ryan in 2015 and 2016. Nikki then served as a SAFe Scrum Master / Project Manager at HP in 2017 and as a Marketing Project Manager / Team Leader at Castle Group in 2018. From 2019 to 2021, Nikki worked as a Consultant & Project Manager at United Realty Group, Inc (Official). Most recently, they have been employed as a SAFe Scrum Master at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since 2021 and is currently a Service Delivery Manager at TSR Consulting Services, Inc. since May 2022.

Nikki Bramwell obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communication & Leadership from the University of Florida, graduating in 2007. Nikki then pursued a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development at Nova Southeastern University, completing their studies in 2018. Additionally, Nikki has several certifications, including the Agile Metrics Micro-Credential from the Project Management Institute, the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) from the Scrum Alliance, the Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O) also from the Scrum Alliance, the Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) from the Scrum Alliance, the Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner, Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer, and Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. Nikki has also received the Coach Training Intensive from The Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute, the PCCI: Career Coaching, PCCI: The Essentials of Life Coaching, and PCCI: The Successful Coach certifications from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, the Path to Agility Practitioner certification from Path to Agility®, and the Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills certification from Scrum.org.
