Nishy Ayare

Nishy Ayare currently serves as the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition specialist at TSS Consultancy Pvt Ltd since August 2019. Prior to this role, Nishy held the position of SAP HCM Consultant at SAP India from April 2007 to December 2009, focusing on organization management and optimizing reporting functions. Nishy holds a DHRM degree in HR from NMIMS CDOE (2018 - 2019), a PGDM with a major in HRM and a minor in Marketing from SDM Institute of Management Development (2005 - 2007), and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (2002 - 2005), in addition to a foundational education at the Convent of Jesus & Mary, Vadodara (1991 - 2002).
