Polina Aydin

Polina Aydin, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Polina most recently served as the Human Resources Director at TSUM Kyiv Department Store, where they built the HR function from scratch and developed the HR strategy and processes for the business model change. Prior to this, they held various roles at Metro Cash and Carry, including HR Business Partner-Store Operations, Regional HR Manager, Kyiv District, People Continuity Department Manager, Head of Training & Development Department, Talent Manager, Training Coordinator, and Assistant to the Training & Development Department. In these roles, Polina was responsible for the implementation of HR strategies, recruitment, talent management, training and development, performance evaluation, and labor relations. Polina also has experience in administration and coordination.

Polina Aydin, SHRM-SCP, completed their Master's degree in English and Polish Philology from Kyiv Slavonic University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from KROK University, where they attended from 2004 to 2006.
