Assistant Project Manager

Purpose of Position: The Assistant Project Manager role serves as a developmental opportunity, providing team members with the potential for advancement. This position enables individuals to refine their skills in project management while augmenting their technical acumen and leadership capabilities. Under the guidance of Senior Project Managers, team members will diligently oversee project advancement, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, financial objectives, and project timelines as outlined by company policies, industry standards, and contractual obligations. Each project will be meticulously scheduled to ensure optimal safety, timeliness, and productivity, aimed at achieving utmost customer satisfaction and aligning with the company's overarching goals

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• 1 year of experience as a Project Superintendent and/or Project Engineer on projects within the Tilt-up, Cast-In-Place or Concrete Construction industry.
• A self-starter that is a detail-oriented, with the ability to complete multiple tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Must be capable to plan, identify/resolve potential problems and adapt quickly.
• Demonstrates proactive initiative, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to proficiently manage multiple tasks with unwavering precision and consistency.
• Must have the ability to read/review/understand shop drawings and specification for all phases of construction related to our work.
• Computer skills required include the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Timberline Accounting and Estimating, the internet and familiarity with menus driven software.
• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician – Grade I, and ACI/TCA Specialty Commercial/Industrial Technician Certifications preferred
