Derek Winskill

Derek Winskill has extensive work experience in the IT field. Derek started their career at BT Syntegra as a Systems Analyst and worked there from 1996 to 2001. Derek then joined Capgemini as a Senior Consultant from 2001 to 2005. After that, they worked at Hanson as an IT Director from 2005 to 2013. Derek then moved to DS Smith where they held the role of IT Director, responsible for DS Smith Plastics IT worldwide. Derek was in this role from 2013 to 2018. Currently, Derek is the Chief Information Officer at TT Electronics plc, where they lead a global team and is responsible for all aspects of the IT function, including strategy and delivery.

Derek Winskill received a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Information Technology from Bournemouth University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
