Lynton Boardman is a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate law and finance. With extensive experience as the Group General Counsel/Company Secretary at TT electronics plc, Director of Corporate Finance at Burges Salmon LLP, and General Counsel & Company Secretary at QinetiQ Group plc, Lynton has a solid track record in managing legal and corporate affairs. Lynton holds a Law LLB degree from the University of Leeds and completed their Law Society Finals at the College of Law, Chester. Additionally, Lynton has also attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for further education in their field.
