Mary de Villiers has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Mary started their career in 2001 working as a Multi Site Administrator and H&S Coordinator at Inchcape. In 2004, they transitioned to the role of PA at the same company and later became a Regional HR Advisor in 2009, where they managed complex HR cases and supported business restructures and redundancies. In 2014, Mary joined TTC Group Ltd as Head of HR, responsible for developing corporate HR functions and implementing HR Systems & Processes to support business objectives. Mary also held the role of HR Manager at TTC Group Ltd, working closely with the senior and middle management teams.
Mary de Villiers completed their postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wolverhampton between 2007 and 2009. In addition, they attended Oldbury Wells, but the specific period and field of study are unknown.
