Jeff Marshall

Jeff Marshall is an experienced professional with a strong background in contact center solutions and partnerships. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Partnerships & Alliances at TTEC Digital since January 2018, Jeff focuses on enhancing strategic partnerships that support the Cisco SI/VAR contact center business. With extensive experience in leadership roles at various companies, including Deputy Chief of the Milford Fire Department since 2001, Jeff has held positions such as Director of Professional Services at TTEC, Director of the North American Cisco Practice at Servion Global Solutions, and multiple roles at eLoyalty, where contributions included pre-sales engineering and developing go-to-market strategies. Jeff’s technical background includes work as a Project Engineer at Cisco Systems and GeoTel Communications, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both technical and operational aspects of the contact center industry.
