Debra Lawless

Debra Lawless is an experienced executive with a strong background in client success management and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Client Success Management and the Executive Director of Operations at TTEC since July 2017, Lawless has previously held key positions at ReedGroup as the Director of HR Operations, and at Convergys and Stream Global Services as a Global Account Director. Lawless also served in leadership roles at Connextions, managing operational strategies for healthcare clients, and was the President of Sanford Wine Company. Lawless began the career at PRC and Hancock Information Group, contributing significantly to sales process outsourcing services. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Communications from the University of Florida.
