Elyza Palicpic

Elyza Palicpic is an experienced training professional with a robust background in both healthcare and customer service training. Currently serving as a Senior Training Manager at TTEC since March 2022, Elyza has previously held the position of Training Manager and Training Supervisor at TeleTech Philippines from June 2018 to March 2022. Elyza began tenure at TeleTech in 2014 as a Trainer after working as a Customer Service Representative, accumulating valuable experience in various training roles. Prior to this, Elyza contributed to medical education as a Clinical Instructor at Remedios Trinidad Romualdez Medical Foundation from June 2009 to October 2013. Academically, Elyza holds a Master's degree in Nursing Education from the University of San Carlos and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Remedios T. Romualdez Medical Foundation.
