Nick Cerise is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at TTEC. Prior to their current position, Nick held the title of Global Head of Product, Payments, and Marketing at Travelex from July 2017 to October 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the global marketing strategy including customer acquisition, growth and retention as well as product innovation, business intelligence, and brand strategy. Nick also had General Management and direct P&L accountability for building the large and high growth eCommerce line of business. During their time in this role they delivered innovative solutions to market including the development and launch of a global mass payments solution as well as the development and launch of a global cash management platform. Nick achieved consistent results by utilizing advanced analytics combined with marketing technology to enable highly targeted customer growth strategies delivered through agile execution.

Their manager is Kenneth Tuchman, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Judi Hand - Chief Revenue Officer, Michelle Shelly Swanback - CEO, Engage, and Margaret McLean - General Counsel & Chief Risk Officer.
