Riyel Gonzales

Riyel Gonzales, PMP, is an experienced professional in project management and operations, currently serving as Senior Principal Global Project Management at TTEC since February 2025. Prior to this role, Riyel held the position of Senior Project Manager at VXI Global Solutions, LLC from November 2021 to February 2025, and progressed through various managerial roles at TDCX, Concentrix, and Ingram Micro, including Project Manager II and Operations Manager II. Earlier career experiences include roles at eTelecare Global Solutions. Riyel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Santo Tomas and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Asian Institute of Management, expected to complete in March 2026.
