Lazaro Dorta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, operations, and recruitment. Currently serving as Managing Partner at ttg Talent Solutions since October 2020, Lazaro has played a key role in advancing the firm’s growth in the recruitment and staffing industry. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Robert Half as Director of Client Services, and Private Equity as Vice President of Finance and Operations. Additional roles encompassed Director of Finance at UnitedHealth Group and Project Accounting Manager at Humana. As an entrepreneur, Lazaro owned Delicatessen Group, and served as Corporate Controller at UnitedHealthcare. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University.
