Christian Bonat

Christian Bonat has extensive experience in the legal and compliance field. Christian has held positions such as Vice President Global Compliance at TTM Technologies and Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Telephonics. Christian also served as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Director at Rockwell Collins and as Vice President & Counsel at Sikorsky Defense Systems & Services. Additionally, Bonat was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at ACADEMI and Deputy General Counsel at the United States Department of Defense. Christian began their career as an Attorney at Sidley Austin, LLP and has also held positions at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research and the U.S. Naval Institute.

Christian Bonat attended the United States Naval Academy from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in History. Christian then pursued a Master of Arts degree in National Security Policy Studies from Georgetown University Graduate School from 1991 to 1992. Later, from 1999 to 2003, Christian attended Georgetown University Law Center, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
