Diane Brasnett

Diane Brasnett has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Diane currently works as the Director of HR Projects at MacGregor, where they are responsible for the PMO office for Macgregor independence readiness and the Macgregor sales process. Diane also manages global reward and performance for the company. Prior to this, Diane has held various HR roles at Humberts, Tecan Limited, Quadriga Worldwide Ltd, Ecotricity, Institute of Physics Publishing, Sainsburys, CSR, and the University of the West of England. Their roles in these companies include HR Manager, HR Advisor, and HR Academy Member. Diane has extensive experience in managing HR teams, aligning HR strategies with business strategies, and providing HR support to various regions and divisions.

Diane Brasnett has a Bachelor of Science degree in Equine Sports Science from the University of the West of England, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Diane also holds a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) from University College Suffolk, which they completed from 1998 to 1999. Diane also pursued Environmental Health at the University of the West of England from 1995 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they are affiliated with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Diane is currently studying People Analytics at CIPD, HR at AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, and has obtained an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from Babington Business College in 2016.
