Wilson Wang

Director, Business Control at MacGregor

Wilson Wang has a strong background in finance and business control. Wilson has over 10 years of experience in various managerial roles. Starting in 2002, Wilson worked as a Costing Accountant at Xin Da Zong Ben Tu International Company. Wilson conducted audits, prepared management reports, and analyzed differences in costs. From 2003 to 2005, Wilson served as a Finance Supervisor at Guo Ji Dian Zi (Shanghai) You Xian Gong Si, leading the AP team and reviewing manufacturing work orders. Wilson then joined Fedders International as a Business Controller, where they reviewed management reports, improved cash flow, and coordinated budget and forecast analysis. In 2006, Wilson began working at Sandvik, initially as a Finance Manager in the manufacturing division, and later as the finance lead for the trading division. During their time at Sandvik, they oversaw day-to-day financial activities, managed the monthly closing and reporting process, participated in audit coordination, and supported APAC entities and ERP implementations in the region. In 2014, Wilson transitioned to managing the Shared Service Center (SSC) team, implementing organizational and finance controls. Finally, from 2016 to 2017, they were a Finance Manager at Chromaflo Technologies. Their responsibilities included financial management and reporting. Wilson's most recent role was at MacGregor, where they served as the Director of Business Control, supporting the company's China operations and providing hands-on support for changes in business needs, risks, government policies, and finance. Wilson also participated in planning, budgeting, and decision making, as well as tracked, analyzed, and controlled financial performance.

Wilson Wang earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Qingdao University from 1995 to 1999. Wilson then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at Jiangsu University from 1999 to 2002.
