Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in the fields of nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also holds the position of Compliance Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana contributed as a university lecturer in a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
