Shannon Rangel

Shannon Rangel has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 at Pebble Beach Resorts as an Event Services Specialist. In 2012, they began working at UC San Diego as an Undergraduate Research in the UCSD Autism Lab, while also working at Life Works SLS as a Behavioral Health Specialist. In 2014, Rangel began working at lululemon, where they held various roles including Assistant Manager, Community Outreach and Events Manager, Regional Community Event Lead, Hiring Manager, and Direct Sales Manager. In 2022, Rangel began their current role as Director of Community at Tubby Todd Bath Co.

Shannon Rangel received their Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with emphasis in Behavior Modification from UC San Diego in 2013. Prior to that, they attended Monterey Peninsula College from 2008 to 2010, studying General Psychology.
