Carolyn Forrest

Carolyn Forrest is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the broadcasting industry. Since July 2020, Carolyn has been serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Tubi, after previously holding the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Carolyn's career includes significant roles at Fox Television Stations, Inc. as Vice President of Legal Affairs, New World Television, Inc. as Vice President and General Counsel, and National Broadcasting Company as Assistant General Attorney. Early legal experience was gained at Dow Lohnes & Albertson as a Senior Associate, and at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP as both Associate and Law Clerk. Carolyn began a legal career with a Judicial Law Clerk position at the Delaware Court of Chancery. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University.
