Ibrahim Hokelek

Ibrahim Hokelek is a seasoned researcher and educator with extensive experience in both academia and industry. Currently serving as Chief Researcher and Senior Researcher at TUBITAK since November 2010, Ibrahim also holds the position of Adjunct Faculty at Istanbul Technical University since January 2012. Prior to these roles, Ibrahim was a Sr. Research Scientist at Telcordia Technologies from October 2006 to September 2010 and worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant at City University of New York from 2003 to 2006 and at Bilkent University from 2000 to 2003. Ibrahim holds a PhD from The Graduate Center of the City University of New York and both a BSc and MSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University, completed between 1995 and 2003.
