Ilhan Demirci

Ilhan Demirci has extensive experience at TÜBİTAK, beginning in March 2011 and progressing from part-time worker to Chief Researcher. Key contributions include submarine operator console software development, database management using PostgreSQL, and the development of a nautical data import and export tool. Demirci also has a strong background in real-time systems, including serial device driver development, IO Manager and FD integration, and maintenance of file management systems. Educationally, Demirci is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Engineering at Marmara University, following a Master of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, with prior education at Gebze Anadolu Lisesi.
