Elizabeth Selmo

Elizabeth Selmo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in domestic relations law. Currently serving as a Partner at Tucker PLLC since 2024, Elizabeth previously held the position of Partner in the Domestic Relations Practice Group at Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP from March 2015 to January 2024, and also served as an Associate Attorney in the same group. Elizabeth founded Selmo Family Law, PLLC, where the focus was on domestic relations litigation and mediation. Prior roles include Associate Attorney at Berra Stross & Wallacker and Legal Research Attorney at the Superior Court of California, San Francisco Unified Family Court. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University, School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Political Science, Legal Studies, and Multicultural & Gender Studies from California State University, Chico.
