Kurt Maxey

Kurt Maxey has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kurt is currently the Director of Operations at Tucker Powersports, starting in May 2022. Before that, they worked at Komatsu Mining Corp. from an unknown start date in 2017 until February 2020. During their time at Komatsu, Kurt served as the Distribution Operations Manager, managing two distribution warehouses in the Milwaukee area. Kurt was responsible for various aspects of operations, including performance metrics, profit and loss, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and continuous improvement.

Prior to Komatsu, Kurt worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, starting in 2003. Kurt held several positions throughout their tenure, including the role of 3PL Distribution Manager, overseeing distribution operations for North America and Canada. Kurt also served as the Operations Support Resource Manager, managing a large warehouse and leading a team of salaried and hourly employees. Kurt excelled in meeting key performance indicators in safety, productivity, quality, cost, and people management.

Before their time at Harley-Davidson, Kurt worked at Motorola from 1993 to 2003, holding various managerial roles in order fulfillment, line management, group leadership, and cellular operations.

Kurt Maxey attended Concordia College and University of Wisconsin Parkside from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Communications. Additionally, during the same period, Kurt Maxey also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business at Concordia University-Wisconsin.
