Monique Whitney

Monique Whitney has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles within different companies. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Product Strategy, Global Sourcing, and Operations at Tucker Powersports starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Purchasing at Les Schwab Tire Centers from March 2019 to May 2021.

Monique also has a significant tenure at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they held multiple roles. Monique was the Senior Director of Supplier Quality and Compliance from January 2019 to February 2019. Before that, they served as the Senior Director of Supply Base Management from June 2014 to December 2018 and was responsible for supplier relationship and performance management, as well as supplier selection and sourcing decisions. From November 2012 to May 2014, Monique worked as the Director of Product Data Management, overseeing the governance and management of master data fields. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Developmental Purchasing from June 2010 to November 2012, leading new product launches and overseeing purchasing activities. Monique also served as the Manager of Materials Operations from November 2007 to June 2010, providing leadership in transportation and production scheduling.

Before their tenure at Harley-Davidson, Monique worked at PPG Industries as the Operations/Quality Control Manager from March 1998 to July 2004. In this role, they led the start-up of new capital investments and supervised testing operations and quality control technicians. Their earlier experience includes working at Procter & Gamble as the Work Process Owner from December 1995 to February 1998, where they provided leadership in batch manufacturing and supported engineering and quality systems.

Monique Whitney began their education in 1991 at the University of Michigan where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Monique completed their studies in 1995. In 2009, Monique enrolled at Ashford University and obtained an M.B.A. in Supply Chain Management in 2011.
