Ariane Pinto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ariane started their career working as a Junior Sales Representative at Roche from September 2014 to April 2015. Ariane then moved on to the Canadian Red Cross, where they worked as a Senior Instructor from August 2015 to December 2017. After that, they joined dentalcorp Canada as a System Implementation Specialist from November 2017 to August 2019. Ariane then transitioned to Tucows, where they held various roles. Ariane started as a Learning and Development Specialist from September 2019 to December 2020. Ariane then became a People Strategist from January 2021 to December 2021. In 2022, they worked as the Lead for People Analytics and Insights. Currently, they hold the position of Lead for Talent and People Operations at Tucows starting from January 2023.
Ariane Pinto holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Honours Life Science from Queen's University. In the year 2017 to 2018, they earned a certificate in Adult Education from George Brown College. Additionally, they pursued violin studies at The Royal Conservatory of Music. In terms of certifications, Ariane obtained the Red Cross Supervising Instructor certification from the Canadian Red Cross in July 2017. Ariane also achieved a Grade 10 certification for the Royal Conservatory of Music in 2011. Recently, in December 2020, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, they received the Psychological First Aid Instructor certification from the Canadian Red Cross in March 2020.
