Conrad Spencer

Conrad Spencer began their work experience in 2002 as a Plant Manager at Arizona Public Service (APS), where they worked until 2010. Conrad then took on the role of Director, Generation Engineering Design and Projects at APS until 2013. In 2013, Spencer joined Tucson Electric Power as a Director and later took on the role of Director, Generation modernization project in 2017.

Conrad Spencer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Utah, where they studied from 1979 to 1982.
