Tim Benson

Tim Benson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Sports Contributor at KCSB Radio, where they broadcasted NCAA sporting events and participated in a weekly talk show. In 2011, they served as an Orientation Staff Member at UCSB Orientation Programs. Tim then became the Vice President for Local Affairs at UCSB Associated Students, acting as a diplomat between students and the county government. In 2012, they worked as a Research Director at Vanguard Advertising and as an Intern at KCNC-CBS4 Denver. In 2013, they worked as a Reporter at KEZI-TV and as a Legal Case Worker at Ghitterman, Ghitterman & Feld, managing cases and providing administrative support. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Freelance Sports Broadcaster at CHSAA. In 2014, they joined Logical Position as an Internet Marketing Specialist, where they made outbound sales calls and audited paid search accounts for small businesses. Tim then progressed to roles such as Paid Search Specialist, Senior Paid Search Specialist, and SMB Search Team Lead, managing accounts and providing training. Currently, since July 2022, they are working as a Senior Growth Marketer at Tuff.

Tim Benson completed their education at UC Santa Barbara from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Communication with a focus on Mass Communication/Media Studies.
