Ingrid Neuman is an experienced conservator and educator with a robust background in art conservation, currently serving as a Senior Conservator at the RISD Museum since December 2007. Neuman has curated exhibitions, taught undergraduate art conservation courses at both the Rhode Island School of Design and Tufts University, and has a wealth of experience working with prestigious institutions, including the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and the Smithsonian Institution. Neuman holds an M.A. and C.A.S. in Three-Dimensional Art Conservation from Buffalo State University and has engaged in various further education programs focusing on equity, inclusion, and meaningful museum practices.
