Kornelia Kiss is a seasoned professional in employer branding and HR communications with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Global Employer Branding Manager at TUI since January 2023, Kornelia successfully launched TUI's first global Employer Value Proposition and the Employer Branding Strategy, “Let’s TUI it.” Previously, Kornelia held key roles at Taxfix and Flix, where responsibilities included developing employer value propositions and managing branding strategies. Kornelia's earlier experience at Falck involved project management and stakeholder engagement for sustainability initiatives, along with roles at Vodafone and Danone focused on competitive insights and strategic reporting.
