Lauren Fry

Lauren Fry, with a BA(hons) and PG Dip Env Mgmt (Open), has extensive experience in airline operations and management. Starting their career at British Airways in 2005, Lauren has held various roles including Customer Service Controller and Senior Ticketing and Flight Connections Agent. Additionally, Lauren worked at Virgin Australia as a Crew Controller, and currently, Lauren is at TUI as the TOCC Operations Standards Manager and Operations Duty Manager. Throughout their career, Lauren has showcased their strong leadership skills, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and effectively managing global operations.
