Evaristo Antonio Escobar Flores has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and people analytics. Evaristo Antonio is currently serving as the People Analytics Lead at Tul since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Valoreo, starting as an HR Generalist in July 2021 and progressing to the roles of Global People Analytics & Automation Associate and People Analytics & Automation Senior Associate. Before joining Valoreo, Evaristo worked at Logística Arrendamiento DMT as an HRBP/HR Manager from October 2018 to July 2021, where they focused on talent management, professionalization, automation, and digitization of HR processes. Additionally, they served as the Talent and OD Lead at Corporativo Servicio Comercial Garis from January 2017 to October 2018, where they worked on talent management, training projects, and certification programs.

Evaristo Antonio Escobar Flores has a diverse education history. In 2012, they obtained a Bachelor of Psychology degree from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. Evaristo Antonio then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Senior Management with Specialization in Finance and Human Capital from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial between 2017 and 2019.
