Tracy Goolsby has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Tracy began their career as a Sales Manager, Front Desk Manager, and Reservations Manager at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Conference Center. During their time there, they focused on attracting diverse new hotel clients and promoting Snohomish County through outside sales calls and telemarketing. Tracy then worked as an Administrator at the Everett Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, where they served as a leader in tourism and managed convention sales. Tracy prepared budgets, produced reports, and managed activities and expenditures. Next, Tracy served as the Director of Development & Events at the Everett Area Chamber of Commerce, where they facilitated communication and pursued funding opportunities for tourism-related projects. Tracy also held a leadership position on the Sports and Events Council of Everett. Tracy then joined the Snohomish County Tourism Bureau as a Group Sales & Media Manager, where they sold the county as a meeting and convention destination and managed the media relations program. Finally, Tracy worked at the Tulalip Resort Casino, starting as a National Sales Manager before being promoted to Senior National Sales Manager and later Director of Sales & Hotel Operations. In these roles, they oversaw large group accounts, maintained business contacts, managed sales activities, and directed hotel operations. Tracy's experience showcases their expertise in sales, marketing, leadership, and hotel operations.
