Bradley Dean

Bradley Dean is an accomplished professional in disaster resilience and emergency management with a diverse background spanning academia and government service. Currently serving as the Lead at the Earth System Science Technology Center within the DHS Science and Technology Directorate, Bradley Dean launched the center to deliver innovative solutions for public safety and security. In addition to teaching at Georgetown University and Tulane University, Bradley Dean has held significant roles at FEMA, including Partnerships Lead and communications specialist, where contributions included developing the FEMA Resilience Partnership Strategy and leading critical initiatives during the COVID-19 response. Additionally, experience includes advising on national resilience policies within the Executive Office of the President and serving on the Board of Directors for the National Institute of Building Sciences. Bradley Dean holds multiple master's degrees and a bachelor's degree in Marine Science and Biology.
