Jessica Yen is currently the Head of Customer Team at Tulip Interfaces, where Jessica leads the Global Customer Success and Professional Services teams. Jessica has a background in operations, manufacturing, and engineering, having worked at McKinsey & Company, GE Aviation, and VACCO Industries. Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, with a double concentration in Marketing and Operations, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University.
