Patrecia O'Leary

Patrecia (Patty) joined the Company in 2010. Patty began her career in the legal field at a Capital District Law Firm in 2008 while studying to obtain her associates in Paralegal Studies. While attending school Patty decided to further her career and transitioned into a Bachelor’s Degree program, again in legal studies. She strives to continue her legal education with hopes of one day obtaining a JD.

In addition to her role as Deputy Director of Legal Administration, Patty is also the office manager of our Albany, New York office. As a Legal Support Staff with Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation, Patty works alongside various attorneys and specializes in federal employment law, disability retirement matters, civil litigation, appellate practice, matrimonial law, military law and military disability. Patty has attended multiple Continued Learning Education (CLE) courses to remain abreast of the most contemporary legal information pertaining to her practice areas and shares her knowledge with her colleagues by providing in-house presentations. Patty always strives to obtain the absolute best outcome for each and every case and client with whom she comes in contact and was voted as “Employee of the Year” for 2016.
