Jack T. Wagenschutz

As the New York State Practice Administrator, Jack works directly alongside the firm’s New York practice groups in managing attorney workflow, catalyzing internal marketing engagement, ramping up new associates, and implementing strategies for growth and development within each group.

Jack utilizes strong organizational, interpersonal, and written skills to provide streamlined administrative assistance to the firm’s attorneys. Day-to-day, Jack aids attorneys with work delegation, facilitates business development plans alongside the heads of each New York State practice area, acts as a liaison between attorneys and the firm’s marketing department, and directly assists the Director of Operations with ensuring internal adherence to the firm’s policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Jack worked as a law clerk at Tanoury, Nauts, McKinney & Dwaihy, PLLC, in Livonia, Michigan, where he assisted attorneys in trial preparation, performed legal research, and drafted memoranda. He received his bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Central Michigan University.
