Cynthia Qualls

Cynthia Qualls, CFRE, has over 25 years of extensive experience in resource development and donor engagement. Currently serving as the Chief Resource Development Officer at Tulsa Area United Way since June 1998, Cynthia manages an annual giving campaign exceeding $25 million. Prior to this role, Cynthia held positions at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas from June 1994 to April 1998, including Vice President of Donor Engagement and Campaign Operations, and Senior Director of Campaign Operations. Earlier career experience includes serving as Community Investments at the Northeastern State University Alumni Association from November 1992 to April 1994, and as Executive Assistant. Cynthia earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern State University between 1988 and 1991.
