Sherry Payne

Sherry Payne has over 28 years of experience in title research and commercial sales analysis, currently serving as a Commercial Sales Analyst and Operations Support at Tulsa County since March 2020, where responsibilities include verifying commercial sales deeds and studying Tax Increment Finance Districts. Prior to this role, Sherry worked at the Tulsa County Assessor Office as a Senior Technician, focusing on title research for real property and public communication. Additionally, Sherry held the position of Supervisor in the Title Research Department, managing land records research, legal descriptions, and mapping. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Oklahoma State University, an Associate’s Degree from Tulsa Community College, and an Associate of Arts from Bacone College.
