Gili Shoov

Gili Shoov is currently the Head of Customer Success at TULU. Prior to this, they were the Community and Operations Manager at SigmaLabs Accelerator from October 2015 to June 2017. Before that, they were a QA Tester at Wannabiz app from January 2015 to October 2015.

Gili's experience lies in managing relationships with service providers, increasing involvement with the community, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They have also developed company-wide policies and procedures, recruited and managed service providers, and planned and executed offline social events for the community.

Gili Shoov graduated from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) with a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
