Oksanna Elchyan

Oksanna Elchyan, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Culture and Leadership Development Manager at Tumo Center for Creative Technologies, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Oksanna founded About People, which operated from December 2021 to December 2023, and briefly worked as the Head of Performance Management at Evocabank from September to November 2023. Oksanna's extensive experience at Inecobank CJSC includes roles as the Head of Employee Engagement Programs and Benefits, Employee Engagement Programs and Benefits Team Lead, and Talent Acquisition Specialist from January 2017 to November 2021.
