James Chao

James Chao is a Senior Manager in the Corporate Legal Division at 聯發科 since July 2019 and has concurrently served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Law at both 國立中興大學 and Tunghai University since August 2018. Prior to these roles, James worked as a Prosecutor at the Ministry of Justice in Taiwan from August 2007 to July 2019 and held various legal positions, including Research Assistant at Georgetown University Law Center and Legal Intern at the Neighborhood Legal Services Program. James Chao's academic background includes a Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Pennsylvania, and both an LLM and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from National Taiwan University. Currently, James is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law at National Taiwan University.
