Louis Gendron

Louis Gendron is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical support and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Analyst at Tungsten Automation since January 2024 and at Kofax since September 2009. Louis has a solid background in data integration and migration software support, having worked in various technical roles at companies such as 170 Systems, Inc., Scribe Software, and Envoy Worldwide, Inc. Additionally, Louis is a seasoned Producer/Songwriter at Solar Illusion Music since 1988 and has a history as an Independent Filmmaker from 1988 to 2000. Louis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Keene State College and has furthered education at Merrimack College.
