About the team

As a Translational Cancer Scientist, you will be working in our multidisciplinary team of biologists, medical doctors, bioinformaticians, and data scientists. We are responsible for planning and executing both external collaborations with pharma/biotech partners, and for our internal drug discovery programs. We are generating meaningful insights based on computational predictions using our proprietary Simulated Cell platform developed by our internal product teams. You will be responsible for translating the in silico findings to actionable insights in validation experiments, with the ultimate goal of generating patient benefit where there is clinical unmet need. You will not be alone on this journey. Besides the help what you get internally, you will also have the opportunity to interact with our renowned scientific advisors, gathering help in making our predictions really translate.

About you

  • You have proven former industry/research background in experimental oncology / drug discovery
  • You are able to contribute to the scientific direction of our projects based on pre-set objectives, do background research on them and play the “jigsaw puzzle” of molecular biology
  • You are experienced in working with big amount of data,
  • You are able to evaluate, but most importantly understand the hindering biological meaning of the numbers
  • You are able to interpret your findings in both written and oral format, communicate with external partners
  • You are able to make scientific decisions quickly and independently based on the information available to you
