Balint Farkas

Balint Farkas has extensive work experience in the software industry. Balint currently serves as the Development Team Lead at Turbine, where they are responsible for leading a team of 5 individuals and overseeing the planning and execution of product priorities. Balint is also involved in coding himself. Before this role, they worked as a Software Architect at Turbine, where they focused on providing a scalable cloud platform for the company's drug research simulations.

Prior to their time at Turbine, Balint worked at TNT Systems as a Senior Developer. In this role, they were involved in both architectural decisions and hands-on programming, creating software solutions for the broadcasting industry. Balint also has experience working at Microsoft, where they held various roles. As a Technical Evangelist, they acted as a consultant and presented publicly on Microsoft's latest technologies. Balint also worked as a Partner Business Evangelist and Contractor during their time at Microsoft.

Furthermore, Balint had their own software-development company called MatroIT Systems Kft., where they served as the Owner. The company specialized in developing ASP-based solutions.

Throughout their career, Balint has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, software architecture, and technical evangelism.

Balint Farkas completed their MSc degree in Software Engineering at Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2006 to 2011.
